Captain Gallant - "Carnival in Zagora - The Evil Men Do" (1955)
Captain Gallant has a chance meeting with a pretty brunette who he arrested years earlier, but helped get a suspended sentence. Although the woman claims to have gone straight, Gallant isn't so completely convinced.
Soon the Legionnaire has more important things on his mind - the attempted assassination of the Caid, a ruler who is friendly with the French authorities. Rival companies wish to drill for oil on the Caid's land and Gallant must ensure that the leases aren't obtained because of violence.
