This is part four of a series of Babymetal animated lore that was played at live concerts. They were presented in the style of kamishibai, which was a form of street theater that was popular in Japan during the depression of the 1930's, and in the post-war era before television.
They all give a bit of information about the specific concert or song they precede, and explained some of the early lore surrounding Babymetal and the songs they perform.
Part 4 contains all the clips from the Legend 1999 concert that was performed on June 30th, 2013.
This concert was held in honor of Yuimetal and Moametal's 14th birthdays.
