Ballia shooting accused breaks silence, claims innocence in video

BJP worker Dhirendra Pratap Singh, who had allegedly gunned down a local during a commotion over the allotment of ration shops in Uttar Pradesh's Ballia, has now come out with a video claiming his innocence.
