ANC MP Cedric Frolick testifies

ANC MP Cedric Frolick is on the stand at the State Capture Commission. He was implicated by Former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi. He said Frolick was paid R40,000 a month to facilitate meetings between Bosasa and politicians.
