Yes, snake can get inside a car if the car doors, windows or anything is open. Along with that the snake can get inside through the openings below the car. Due to deforestation snakes are coming into human territory and these incidents are becoming common. This is dangerous for both human and the snake. A pet can spot a snake so if your pet behaves abnormally and moves around the car then make sure to check your car.
