最近心血来潮想吃蘑菇浓汤。上网查找了一下发现洋人大都喜欢配着培根来吃。想一想腊肠应该也蛮相似，所以便大胆做了这个尝试，最后味道竟比我想象中还好。今天便将此心得向大家分享-蘑菇浓汤配腊肠。

Ingredients 食材用料
250g chopped mushroom 蘑菇碎
250g grated onion 洋葱碎
1000ml full cream milk 全脂奶
200ml cooking cream (20% fat) 鲜奶油 (20%脂肪)
50g unsalted butter 无盐黄油
40g sliced Chinese sausage 腊肠切片
1 tsp rock salt 山盐
1 pinch black pepper powder 黑胡椒粉
Instructions 步骤
Soak dry mushroom over night in fridge.
将干蘑菇浸泡在水里后放入冰箱一个晚上。
Pound and grind mushroom in a stone pounder by batch until sticky.
在石磨中将蘑菇碎磨得更细。
Do the same with onion into puree.
将洋葱碎磨成泥。
Heat a medium ceramic cooking pot. Stir onion until its' liquid dry up.
在一个中型陶瓷锅中将洋葱的水分炒干。
Add butter. Continue stirring until it sizzles.
加入无盐黄油炒香至听到滋滋声为止。
Put in mushroom.
放入蘑菇。
In medium low heat, stir the mixture till it lumps up and the bitter taste vanished.(taste it）
用中小火炒至粘稠、葱的苦涩味消失。
Bit by bit, pour in milk while stirring. Add more milk when bubble.
分批倒入牛奶。确保牛奶滚了后再加。
Pour all cooking cream into the soup. Keep stirring and bring it to broil.
倒入全部鲜奶油。继续搅拌，将浓汤煮滚。
Add salt and pepper to taste.
盐和胡椒调味。
Scope out into bowl and garnish with sliced Chinese sausage. Enjoy immediately.
装盘后以切片的腊肠装饰。乘热享用。
