A large amount of dead fish were spotted in a river in southern China.
In the video, shot in Huarong County in Hunan Province on September 6, a school of dead fish laid on the side of a river.
The witness said the river might be polluted as the colour of it was from yellow to dark brown.
The employees from the Bureau of Ecology and Environment are investigating the case.
