Former Eskom board chair, Zola Tsotsi is back at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry. Tsotsi has told the commission that one of the Gupta brothers, Tony, had access to conversations between Eskom board members. He says Gupta showed him transcripts of messages in which the utility was discussed.
