Restaurant Style Crispy Chicken Lollipop

Today I am sharing one of the popular Indo Chinese starter that is Crispy chicken lollipop it is made with chicken wings. It is a super crispy and tasty recipe hope u all will like it. Do give this a try and share ur experience with me in comments.

Ingredients:

Marination
Chicken lollipop/ wings - 300g
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Tandoori/ lollipop masala - 2 tsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp

For Batter
Refined flour/ maida - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Red food colour - 1/4 tsp

Other ingredients
Oil - for frying
Cabbage - for garnish
Green onion leaves - for garnish
