Protestors gathered on Wednesday, September 2 to demand justice for and remember Hardel Sherrell, who died on the floor of a Beltrami county Minnesota jail cell after five days of medical neglect.
Hardel’s mother, Del Shea Perry, can be heard guiding protestors to release the balloons.
