Indian, Chinese tanks within firing distance at Pangong

Indian Army has removed the Chinese surveillance equipments from Kala Top that were set up at the post occupied by them on the intervening night of August 29 and 30, according to sources. Meanwhile, Indian and Chinese tanks are within the firing distance at the Pangong lake. Indian troops had thwarted Chinese army's attempt to "unilaterally" change the status quo on the southern bank of Pangong lake on the intervening night of August 29 and 30.
