A 58-year-old uncle of cricketer Suresh Raina died while four members of his family sustained injuries allegedly in an attack by robbers in Punjab's Pathankot district.The man has been identified as Ashok Kumar, a government contractor. According to police, the incident took place at Thariyal village in Punjab's Pathankot on the night intervening August 19 and 20.
चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स के दिग्गज बल्लेबाज सुरेश रैना ने आईपीएल 2020 में नहीं खेलने का फैसला किया है। रैना यूएई में थे जब शनिवार को दिन में ये खबर आई कि उनसे रिश्तेदार की मौत हो गई है जिसकी वजह से वो इस साल लीग में हिस्सा नहीं ले पाएंगे। इसके बाद सीएसके की तरफ से भी कहा गया कि वो रैना के हर दुख में उनके साथ हैं और वो इस साल आइपीएएल नहीं खेल पाएंगे। पंजाब के पठानकोट जिले में डकैतों के हमले में रैना के 58 साल के रिश्तेदार की मौत हो गई जबकि उसी परिवार के अन्य चार लोग घायल हो गए।
