The parents of a boy in Mitchells Plain, who was beaten allegedly by a neighbourhood resident, wants the perpetrator to pay. Their 13-year old son was assaulted so badly that he ended up in hospital. The perpetrator fled and is still at large. Please be warned of the graphic content of this story.
