Anticyclonic Circulation Forming in Sky Caught on Timelapse in Canada

An anticyclonic circulation was caught forming in the sky at the Southeast of St. Lazare. The winds made the clouds rotate anti-clockwise at one place, and clockwise right next to it, simultaneously. It looked as if the clouds were twirling into each other from both sides.
