The Congress Working Committee met through video conferencing. In the meeting, there was a fierce Mahabharata on the letter of change in the party. After this letter, the interim president of Congress offered to resign. But many veteran leaders of the party appealed to him to continue in the post. Finally, it was decided in the meeting that Sonia Gandhi will continue as the interim president of the party for the time being.
वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति की बैठक हुई. बैठक में पार्टी में बदलाव की चिट्ठी पर जमकर महाभारत हुई. इस चिट्ठी के बाद कांग्रेस की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष ने इस्तीफे की पेशकश की. लेकिन पार्टी के कई दिग्गज नेताओं ने उन्हें पद पर बने रहने की अपील की. आखिरकार बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि सोनिया गांधी फिलहाल पार्टी की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष बनी रहेंगी
