Yes, snake can come through toilet. This is a common phenomena, it mainly occurs during monsoon so you should keep your drains and toilets covered. If you keep them covered then the snake will not be able to get inside your house. If they get inside your house then use phenyle or bleaching powder to force them out of your house. But be careful while using the chemical because the snake can attack your while you are doing this. I have experienced this and it can be freakish.
