दुश्मन की निगाहों से बचाकर जवानों और टैंकों को लद्दाख में पाकिस्तान और चीन के मोर्चे पर पहुंचाने की कोशिशों के तहत भारत एक नई सड़क के निर्माण पर काम कर रहा है. यह सड़क मनाली से लेह तक होगी. इस नई सड़क के बनने से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख और देश के अन्य हिस्सों के बीच बीच तीसरा लिंक स्थापित हो जाएगा. भारत और चीन के बीच सैन्य मोर्चे पर चल रही तनातनी के मध्य यह फैसला अहम माना जा रहा है. देखें वीडियो
