Britain deploys troops after attack as risk now critical

British Prime Minister Theresa May on May 23 said that armed forces would be deployed to boost security as the country raised its terror threat to the highest level of "critical" after a suicide attack outside the Manchester Arena that killed 22 people, including children on May 22.
