SA's COVID-19 vaccine trial

South Africa is cementing its position in the race to find an effective vaccine against Coronavirus. One of the participants in the country's COVID-19 vaccine efficacy trial, is Dr Glenda Gray, President and CEO of the South African Medical Research Council. She was screened and vaccinated at UCT’s Lung Institute on Tuesday to prove its safety.
