REBEL TUNNEL VLOG: Did these guys ruin YouTube's Partner Program?!

The YouTube partner program was a tremendous way for the platform to provide support for video creators of all types. And it worked wonderfully for thousands of creators until a handful of "high level" YouTubers posted offensive content which seemed to systematically ruin the program for the new creators. (most of whom had nothing to do with the offensive content). Did a few rich video makers really ruin it for thousands of others? Or did YT overreact?
