President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed a proclamation authorising the SIU to investigate allegations of COVID-19 corruption. Yesterday he appointed a team of ministers to get to the bottom of PPE tender irregularities. Now political analyst Ralph Mathekga says the investigation will not result in anyone being held to account.
