Chinese man rows across flooded streets to get to work

A man was spotted rowing a canoe across flooded streets to go to work after a rainstorm brought by typhoon Hagupit hit eastern Chinese city.

The video, filmed in the city of Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province on August 5, shows a man in a raincoat rowing through the flooded streets on a canoe.

According to report, the man named Quan Jiajian is a doctor and a canoeing enthusiast.

It took him around 50 minutes to row from his house to his office.
