Controversial ANC Nelson Mandela Bay Councilor Andile Lungisa has resigned as a mayoral committee member in the Nelson Mandela Bay Council. Lungisa appeared before a disciplinary hearing in King William’s Town yesterday after endless calls and pressure for him to step down, dating back to 2017. As a result of this, the party has dropped all charges against him. Andile Lungisa says he is happy with the outcome and his decision.
