కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం గతంలోనే బ్యాంకుల విలీన ప్రక్రియకు తెరతీసింది. అయితే ఇంకా ఆప్రక్రియ పూర్తి కాలేదు. మోదీ సర్కార్ మరిన్ని ప్రభుత్వ బ్యాంకులను ప్రైవేటీకరించాలని యోచిస్తోంది. ఈసారి బ్యాంకులను విలీనం చేయకుండా.. సగానికి పైగా ప్రభుత్వ బ్యాంకుల్లో వాటాలను విక్రయించాలని భావిస్తోంది.
