Coriander Leaves: Half Cup

Green Chillies: 5-6

Garlic: 4-5

Chopped Ginger: 3-4 Pcs

Cardamom: 2 Small

Cinnamon: 2

Cloves: 3-4

Salt to Taste

Water: ½ Cup

Grind It

Chopped Meat: 500gm

Red Chilli Powder: ½ Tps

Kashmiri Chilli Powder: ½ Tps

Turmeric Powder: ½ Tps

Chat Masala Powder: ½ Tps

Coriander Powder: ½ Tps

Grind It

Keep A Side

Plain Flour (Maida): 1 Cup

Salt to Taste

Oil: 1 Tps

Water: For Smoothness

Plain Flour: Make Smoothness

Oil: 1 Tps

Mix Well

Keep It For 5 Mins

Make Meat Balls

Oil: 2-3 Spoon

Bay Leaf: 2

Large Cardamom: 1

Star Anise: 1

Cloves: 2-3

Cinnamon: 2 Small

Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tps

Mix Well

Meat Balls

Cook For 5 Mins

Chopped Meat: 500gm

Red Chilli Powder: ½ Tps

Kashmiri Chilli Powder: ½ Tps

Chat Masala Powder: ½ Tps

Coriander Powder: ½ Tps

Turmeric Powder: ½ Tps

Salt To Taste

Cook Till Dry

Ready To Serve
