Zombies for Xbox Fitness - "Evade" - Part 1 of 2

Xbox Fitness has long since been shut down but in its heyday they produced a few exclusive workouts for the service. "Zombies for Xbox Fitness" was one of them and quite possibly the best of them. It's not a bad idea -- turning typical workout sessions into a zombie-filled drama set in dusty real-world locations -- but the outcome, with fitness video models turned actors is a little cheesier than they probably expected. Here you can watch both parts of the series, "Evade" and "Sneak".

"Your next mission: survive. Respond to distress calls, fight off zombies, and keep moving! You'll have to evade and sneak past zombies with stealth moves that are critical to your survival. Make sure you keep pace with your team - it's too late to turn back now."

Use your bodyweight, powerful kicks, and fast feet to get out of bad situations quickly. Keep your head moving and your steps light, in order to evade these zombies and come out a survivor.
