This time i am making three Persian kebabs, "Joojeh" kabab which is Iranian saffron chicken kabab "Koobideh" kabab which is ground beef on skewer "Barg" kabab with is lamb back strap

For his recipe i used 1 kilo skinless chicken thighs 1 kilo beef mince 1 lamb backstrap 2 pinch of saffron i large onion for the chicken juice of 1 large onion for Barg kebab salt and peppers
