Smoked chicken thin crust pizza : For dough; All purpose flour: 1cup (240g) Yeast : 2tsp Sugar : 1/2 tbs Olive oil : 2tbsp Dry origano: 1/2 tsp Salt : 1/4 tsp Warm water :140 ml or( as required) Chicken filling: Chicken pieces : 300 g Tandoori masala : 1 tsp Soy sauce : 1 tbs Chilli sauce: 1 tbs Garlic paste : 1 tsp Milk : 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese slice : 1 MASHROOMS : 1/2 cup Capsicum : 1/3 cup For Assembling : Capsicum slices 4 (optional) Pizza cheese : cheddar & mozzarella cheese (as required ) Black sliced olives : as required Directions: In bowl,add all-purpose flour, instant yeast,sugar, origano and add salt and mix. Add water,mix well , Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. In a bowl put oil & dough Place in the prepared bowl and turn to coat in oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draught-free place to rise for 2,3 hours or until dough doubles in size. Chicken Filling: In frying pan,add olive oil add garlic paste sauté for 1,2 minutes & add chicken pieces and mix well until changes colour. Add tandoori masala, chilli sauce,soy sauce mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and cheese slice ,capsicum and stir for 3,4 minutes & set aside. Make a well in the side of the pan, by pushing a aluminium foil or glas into it. Place the hot coal inside the foil spray oil or pour a spoon of ghee on the coal. It will begin to smoke. Immediately cover the pan and allow it to rest for about a minute. Open the lid and remove the coal cup. You dish will now have a smoked tandoori flavor. Flatten the dough with the help of hand on pizza pan & prick with fork. Add and spread pizza sauce,add cooked chicken filling , capsicum slices , mozzarella & cheddar cheese and black olives (makes 1 big size & 1 small pizza ). Bake in preheated oven at 220 C for 10 -12 minutes.
