Tamato Rice Odia recipe INGREDIENTS are
Left Over rice or Normal rice 1 bowl normal size
carrot 1 chopped
Bean 100 gm chopped
onion 1 medium size chopped
green chillie 2 chopped
tamato 200 gm chopped
ginger 1 inch chopped or crushed finely
Refined oil 3 tsp or ghee
Sabji powder or garam masala powder 1tsp
jeera 1 small tsp
Mustard seed 1 small tsp
Curry leaves
Dry chillie 4 piece
Haladi powder 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
