Boiled Rice 1 Cup Curd Coriander Leaves Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds 15-16 Curry Leaves 3-4 Dry Red Chillies
Method:
- In a bowl add boiled rice, curd, coriander leaves & salt. Mix well. - For tempering heat some oil. - Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves & dry red chillies. Stir well. - Add the tempering to the rice and mix well. - Curd rice is ready to be served.
