Home made Oporto Chicken Recipe International Cuisines

This is my take on the famous Oporto chicken. it's very simple recipe, yet very tasty hope you enjoy it

Ingredients:
1 Large chicken
1 cup of pickle juice
splash of Olive Oil
2 loves of garlic
50 gms butter
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili paste (piri piri Chili)
juice of half lemon
1 TBSP oregano
salt and peppper
