2 TBSP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
FRY FOR 2 MIN.
1/4 CUP MILK
MIX & KEEP ASIDE
2 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE WHEAT MILK MIXTURE
COOK FOR 2-3 MIN. MORE
POUR THE MIXTURE IN BLENDER
1 CUP FRESH MANGO CUBE
BLEND FOR 2 MIN.
POUR INTO A BOX
KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 2 HOURS
BREAK HALF FREEZING ICE CREAM
POUR INTO A BLENDER
BLEND FOR 1 MIN. (10 SEC. PULSE)
THE MIXTURE WILL BECOME CREAMY
POUR INTO THE BOX AGAIN
KEEP IN FREZZER FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CHOPPED ALMOND & PISTACHIO ON TOP
CUT IN SLICES
