The Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to ensure that the draft Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) notification of 2020 is published in all the 22 languages mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution within 10 days. A bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Prateek Jalan issued the direction while extending till August 11 the last date for giving suggestions to the draft EIA 2020
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने केंद्र को निर्देश दिया है कि वह सुनिश्चित करे कि पर्यावारण प्रभाव आकलन अधिसूचना-2020 का मसौदा 10 दिनों के भीतर संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल सभी 22 भाषाओं में प्रकाशित हो। मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीएन पटेल और न्यायमूर्ति प्रतीक जलान की पीठ ने ईआईए-2020 के मसौदे पर सुझाव देने की तारीख 11 अगस्त तब बढ़ाने के साथ ये निर्देश दिया।
