Jammu n Kashmir cadre IAS Navin Chowdhry who originally belong to Bihar has been given the domicile of Jammu n kashmir union territory. He became the first IAS to get domicile of Jammu n Kashmir Union Territory. Along with him 25000 other non locals were given domicile.
