Feisty Cat Charges at Passerby in Street

This cat waired patiently by the sidewalk and observed people thronging the streets and the pedestrian path. He would suddenly charge at a random passerby. The humans would get startled by the cat's attack but would soon figure he just wanted attention and was being playful.
