A young dancer seeking fame and fortune in the big city, who gets sidetracked whenhis uncle is murdered by a crazy crime kingpin named Pretty-Eyed Willy. Chicago is a dancer, not fighter, so he must avenge his uncle's murder by mastering a unique style of martial arts that incorporates his amazing dancing skill.
