Thousands of demonstrators marched in Spain on Saturday (June 20th) to "defend the public healthcare system" against privatisation and cuts.
Around 2,000 gathered in Madrid including outside the children's hospital Hospital Niño Jesús where a private company is due to start managing a new carpark.
