A 19-year-old woman has an at-home graduation ceremony performed by her parents after hers was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The clip, filmed on May 30 in Fulton County, Atlanta, shows Phylicia's family giving her a hooding ceremony after finishing her degree and becoming a Master of Public Health.
"I successfully defended my thesis making me an official Master of Public Health. My graduation was postponed indefinitely so my parents planned a whole hooding ceremony for me! God bless them," Phylicia told Newsflare.
