This timelapse shows a craftsman carving up a rose from the flesh of watermelon.

The craftsman, named Dong, comes from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and is a professional fruit sculptor working for a restaurant there.

This rose, carved on October 10, 2019, took 40 minutes to complete.
