A motorcyclist was swept away by rushing water while driving during a heavy rainstorm in city of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Video filmed on June 6 shows the force of water suddenly overturning the rider's motorcycle, sending the man falling into the flooded street.

A passing driver stopped and places his car as an embankment against the current to protect the unfortunate motorcyclist laying in flood.
