Security forces foiled a major terror attack in J&K's Pulwama when they intercepted a car carrying 20 kg of explosives. Joint forces spotted a white santro car moving suspiciously. The car was flagged down at a police check point even as the driver tried to accelerate trough the barrier. The driver escaped and the police found that the vehicle was rigged with improvised explosives.
