Coronavirus epidemic is creating a furore in the country. The number of infected patients is constantly increasing. However, the applicable lockdown in the country has been relaxed and rail services are also being started along with airlines.

लॉकडाउन के चौथे चरण में बस, ट्रेन और घरेलू उड़ानों का परिचालन शुरू हो गया है। जिसके बाद जेएनयू प्रशासन का कहना है कि अब हॉस्टल में फंसे छात्रों को अपने घर लौट जाना चाहिए। डीन ऑफ स्टूडेंट्स प्रोफेसर सुधीर प्रताप सिंह ने मार्च में एक सर्कुलर जारी कर छात्रों को संस्थान के बंद होने की जानकारी दी थी, और सभी को हॉस्टल छोड़ने के लिए कहा गया था। हालांकि उस दौरान पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट बंद होने की वजह से छात्रों ने हॉस्टल में ही रहने का अनुरोध किया था।
