Nation View: Physically disabled man strangled to death, murder captured on CCTV

Nation View: a physically disabled man was first strangled and then crushed by brick to death. The murderer first strangles the victim and then crushes his head with a brick to remove all evidence of the murder. He leaves the body of the victim near a police station in the Baghpat area in Uttar Pradesh. The whole incident was captured on a CCTV camera set up in a nearby house.
