Hello friends Welcome to my channel Food and Nutrition. Food and nutrition is all about cooking easy and authentic recipes which are easy to cook at home. So that our life could become easy. we as a foodies can enjoy cooking at home, make food that is healthy and tasty So please like share and subscribe. Making Maggi Balls at home is so easy.

Ingredients:

- 1 Maggi packet
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 cup gram flour ( besan)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups Water for boiling Maggi
- Oil for frying
- cheese

Method:

In a vessel add 500ml of water and boil it.
add maggi noodles and cook till they are 75%–80% cooked.
In a mixture bowl add carrot, tomato,green chilli ,salt, maggi masala,
gram flour and add maggi mix it
Take a small amount in your hands and make a small ball, repeat the same for the rest
of the dough, and keep aside
Add maggi balls to hot oil Fry till they are golden in colour from all sides.
Grate the cheese to top of maggi balls
