In a shocking incident, an alleged stalker stabbed a 21-year-old woman 30 times to death in full public view on Tuesday morning in north Delhi’s Burari area. The accused, 34-year-old Surender, had been following and harassing Karuna, a teacher, the police said. Around 30 stabs were found on her body.
