Apple Is Reportedly Working on 5G AR Glasses The tech giant is believed to have been working on an Augmented Reality headset for some time. According to top tech analyst Jon Prosser, "Apple Glasses" will run on 5G. This would allow the glasses to work without being connected to a nearby iPhone. The glasses will reportedly be designed to look like an ordinary pair of glasses instead of the hefty AR headsets already on the market. Prosser also suggested that the company could make an announcement regarding the top-secret product at June's virtual WWDC event.
