Nangloi toddler rapists beaten up by angry women

After Delhi Police arrested the two juveniles in connection with the alleged gangrape of a toddler in Nangloi, residents beat the culprits with shoes. The rising violence against females in the national capital has been a major concern for the ruling as well as Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
