Floor Bent Presses 45lb

The lift isn't finished until the lifting arm is straight AND vertical. Pulling with the Lat & Obliques of the non weighted side pull the torso down so the weighted arm can get vertical. I hope you can see how hard l am pulling on the leg with the non weighted hand!! Got any back tightness?? THIS'LL HELP!
I REPEAT: I am using the free hand to brace so l can use the Lat on that side along with the Obliques to pull my torso down as the other arm pushes the weight up. This stretches very deeply in the lower back annnnnd it feels so good!! God Bless!!
