Today I am showing you how to make the best crispy aloo samosa at home starting from the dough to the filling.

Ingredients:

Dough:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp zeera
- 1 tbsp ajwain
- 1/2 cup ghee
- water

Filling:

- 4 boiled potatoes
- chopped onions (based on taste)
- 4-5 green chilies
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seed
- 1 tbsp dried coriander
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
