One or two regular passengers in a week during MCO, says taxi driver

Taxi driver Pall Singh saw a 95% drop in business since the movement control order (MCO) was enforced on March 18 with one or two regular passengers in a week.

While he's grateful for the government’s assistance, Pall says the money isn’t enough to support his family and hopes things will improve under the conditional MCO.
